ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND PROCESS:

Audisankara Deemed to be University offers a comprehensive range of Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Doctoral programs through its School of Engineering & Technology, School of Computer Applications, School of Commerce and Management Studies and School of Sciences and Humanities, The University is committed to academic excellence and holistic development, and adopts a transparent, merit-based admission process in strict adherence to applicable statutory and regulatory norms, ensuring fairness, quality, and equal opportunity to all eligible candidates.

1. Admission Categories
A. Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs

Admissions to all Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs are offered through the following Schools:

• Engineering & Technology
• Computer Applications
• Commerce and Management Studies
• Sciences and Humanities

Mode of Admission

Admissions shall be carried out through one or more of the following modes, as applicable:

• AUCET (Audisankara University Common Entrance Test)
• National/State-Level Entrance Examinations such as JEE, CUET, GATE, CAT, MAT, ICET, etc.
• Merit-Based Direct Admissions for eligible candidates under specified programs, as per University norms

B. Doctoral Programs

Admissions to Doctoral Programs are conducted through the Schools of

• Engineering & Technology
• Computer Applications
• Commerce and Management Studies
• Sciences and Humanities

Admissions to Ph.D. programs shall be based on:

• Performance in ASPAT (Audisankara Ph.D. Admission Test)

• Personal Interview conducted by the concerned Schools as per UGC/Institutional norms

• Academic Merit and National-Level Qualifications, including GATE, GPAT, UGC-JRF, DBT-JRF, CSIR-JRF, UGC-NET, and other equivalent examinations

2. Admission Process

Step 1: Application Form Submission

• Candidates must apply online through the official university admission portal: audisankarauniversity.edu.in/admissions/
• Provide valid personal and academic details
• Pay the application fee as per program requirements

Step 2: Entrance Exam / Merit Evaluation

• Eligible candidates will be evaluated based on their AUCET (Adisankara University Common Entrance Test) score or equivalent national-level exam
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email/SMS and university portal updates

Step 3: Counselling and Selection

• Program-specific counseling will be conducted for seat allotment
• Counseling can be online or offline based on the program and mode of application

Step 4: Provisional Admission Offer

• Selected candidates will receive a Provisional Admission Letter
• Candidates must confirm the offer by paying the admission fee within the stipulated date

Step 5: Document Verification & Final Enrolment

• Submit original documents for verification
• Final admission is granted upon successful verification and completion of fee payment

3. Required Documents for Admission

• Mark sheets and certificates of qualifying examinations (Class 10, 12, UG, PG as applicable)
• Entrance exam scorecard (AUCET / JEE / NEET / CUET, etc.)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card / Identity Proof
• Passport-size photographs
• Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)
• EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• NRI’s- Affidavit, Embassy Certificate, OCI Letter, Passport & Visa Copy, Utility Bills etc. (Since we are not having approval for foreign student admissions this may be omitted)

4. Important Notes

• Admission is subject to eligibility criteria prescribed by the university and regulatory bodies
• Seats will be allotted strictly on the basis of merit and availability
• Any false information or document will lead to disqualification and cancellation of admission
• All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
