Dr. M. Rajaiah is a distinguished academic leader with more than 27 years of exceptional service in teaching, research, and administration. Between 2003 and 2025, he provided dedicated leadership at Audisankara College of Engineering and Technology, advancing academic standards and fostering strategic institutional development through a progression of senior roles.His career began as Lecturer in Mathematics at Sri Swarnandhra Bharathi Degree College (1998–2003). At Audisankara, he served as Assistant Professor and Associate Head (2003–2005), Head of the Department of Freshman Engineering (2005–2017), Dean of Academics (2017–2019 and 2020–2025), Principal (2019–2020), Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (2020–2024), and Registrar.
Dr. Rajaiah holds undergraduate, postgraduate, and M.Phil. degrees from Sri Venkateswara University; a Bachelor of Education from Sri Krishnadevaraya University; an M.Tech. in Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University; and a Ph.D. from Rayalaseema University.
As a prolific scholar, he has published over 50 works in leading national and international journals and conferences, showcasing deep expertise in mathematics, statistics, and computer science.Recognized with prestigious awards including the Best Teaching Faculty Award and Best Professor & Head of the Department Award from the late Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhar Reddy, Dr. Rajaiah excels in affiliation processes, accreditation, and rankings. His commitment to student mentorship and academic innovation has consistently driven superior outcomes and elevated institutional standing.
